Is this reality or just a dream?

Do we live in a dream world? Is this only a place where we see things that the future holds? Are we someone elses dream? Is someone controlling us without us even knowing? Are we someones robot? Are we programmed to think, walk, eat and drink? Are we really who we think we are?
